Portfolio-building and campaign imagery for makeup artists, beauty brands, and creative teams who understand that great beauty photography captures more than just makeup—it captures confidence
You've spent years perfecting your craft. You know how to sculpt a face with contour, create a flawless base, and execute editorial looks that stop people mid-scroll. Your makeup work is stunning—but your photos? They're not doing you justice.
You need imagery that showcases your technical skill while also capturing the artistry, the creativity, and the transformation. Photos that make potential clients say "I need to work with this person" instead of just "nice makeup."
Here's what you need to know: It's not your fault that most photographers don't understand beauty photography. Shooting beauty requires specific technical knowledge—how to light for texture, how to capture subtle details, how to make makeup look dimensional instead of flat.
But here's the truth—you CAN have beauty photography that elevates your work instead of diminishing it. Images that showcase every precise detail. Shots that editorial teams want to publish. A portfolio so strong that brands reach out to you.
You don't need a celebrity makeup client list or a massive budget. You need a photographer who specializes in beauty, understands lighting for different skin tones and textures, and knows how to make your work shine (literally and figuratively).
The solution isn't more expensive cameras or fancier backdrops. It's working with someone who approaches beauty photography with the same technical precision and creative vision that you bring to your makeup artistry.
I didn't stumble into beauty photography—I sought it out specifically because I was fascinated by the technical challenge. Beauty photography requires absolute precision. The lighting has to be perfect, the focus razor-sharp, the angles carefully considered. There's nowhere to hide, no "fixing it in post." It either captures the work beautifully, or it doesn't.
Early in my career, I worked with established makeup artists and learned exactly what they needed from their photography: crisp detail, accurate color representation, lighting that shows dimension, and composition that lets the makeup be the star.
Now, I specialize exclusively in beauty and fashion photography because I love the collaborative aspect—working with talented artists to create images that showcase everyone's best work. Your success is my success, and I'm genuinely invested in helping you build a portfolio that gets you booked.
We can customize packages based on your specific needs—whether that's more looks, video content, or additional retouching.

I'm currently booking projects for Spring 2026 onwards.
Let's talk about your vision, your story, your day.
Fashion and beauty projects can often be scheduled within 4-6 weeks, depending on my availability. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out as early as possible to secure your spot.
For portfolio builds and collaborations, I often work with a trusted team of hair and makeup artists and can connect you with the right people. For brand campaigns where you have specific artists in mind, you're welcome to bring your own team. Either way, I collaborate closely with all artists on set to ensure the final images showcase everyone's work beautifully.
Product-focused shoots prioritize the makeup, skincare, or beauty tools with clean, precise lighting and composition that works for e-commerce or advertising. Portfolio shoots for makeup artists focus more on artistry, creativity, and showcasing technique—often with more editorial styling and creative direction. We'll discuss your primary goal during consultation to ensure the shoot is tailored accordingly.
